Data Coaching
Move from data rich and information poor…to data-informed and results driven. It’s time to deliver on the promise of your data investment by explicitly linking student data to instructional decision-making.
Highlander Institute data workshops help teachers organize, sort and group students based on assessment data. Teachers learn how to create evidence-based intervention plans for each student goup and how to determine growth rates based on progress monitoring schedules. Administrators learn how to use data to examine strengths and gaps in instruction by school, grade level, instructional tier, and classroom. School teams learn to leverage data to prioritize needs, action plan and chart progress.
Open Enrollment Workshops: The Highlander Institute offers two-day workshops at the Elementary or Middle School levels — in either literacy or math.
Tailored District & School Initiatives: Up to 35 educators participate in a two-day training that is followed by 4 – 6 days of facilitated grade level data meetings. Projects begin with a quick needs assessment and include 10 hours of leadership training.
